Shipping policy
We are not responsible for delays in the postal service. We take 3-4 days of processing time to ship your item and after that it is out of our hands. It could take anywhere from 5-20 days to arrive depending on the time of year. You will always be provided with a tracking number. If you would like to receive your item sooner than the free shipping option, please select and pay for a shipping upgrade.
We will refund or replace items that are lost in the mail, an item will not be considered lost until it has been more than 30 days before it arrives.
Please note, for any orders over $100, we REQUIRE a signature for delivery. Please make arrangements to make sure that you are able to sign for your product. We are not responsible for missed attempts from the carrier of your choice or if the package is returned to us after failed deliveries.
